Bob A. Goldman Bob earned a
J.D. from Willamette University School of Law, Salem, Oregon, in 1966.
He came to the firm in 1968. Bob is a native of Albert
Lea. He was admitted to the Minnesota Bar and began
practice with the firm in 1968. He also is admitted to the
Federal Bar. He focuses on the areas of Taxation, Estates
and Probate, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation and Social
Security. |

Robert D. Sturtz
Robert D. Sturtz ("Bob") has a
J.D. from Hamline University School of Law ('87) and both a B.S.
in Mass Communications and a B.A. in Speech Communications from
St. Could State University ('84). He is the Chair of the
10th District Ethics Committee, and is Past President of the
Freeborn County Bar Association, 10th District Bar Association
and Albert Lea Rotary Club. He presently is the Assistant
Governor of Rotary International District 5960. He
practices in the areas of Bankruptcy, Probate and Estate
Planning, Real Estate, Personal Injury, Guardianship, Criminal
Defense, Family and General Civil matters. Bob is also a
native Albert Lean.

Allen L. Halvorsen
Allan is licensed to practice law in both
Minnesota and Iowa. He received his J.D. from Hamline
university School of Law ('91). He has a B.S. in Animal
Science from the University of Minnesota. Prior to a
career in Law, Allan worked for the University of Minnesota
dairy Research Department. He operated a dairy farm in
Emmons, Minnesota, prior to going to law school. In 2002,
he ran for the Minnesota House of Representatives. He is
Past President of the Freeborn County and 10th District Bar
Associations. He practices in the areas of Agricultural
Law, Real Estate, Probate and Estate Planning, Family, and Civil
law in both Minnesota and Iowa.

Holly A. Wallace
Holly got her J.D. from Hamline University
School of Law ('02). She is licensed in both Minnesota and
Wisconsin. She volunteered with Farmers Legal Action Group
(FLAG) in St. Paul and worked as a law clerk and Mediator in St.
Croix County, Wisconsin. She was licensed to practice law
in Minnesota and came to the firm in 2003. Prior to a career in
law, Holly worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in
Western Wisconsin. She did environmental research focusing
in surface water throughout the upper midwest, with emphasis on
issues relating to agricultural practices. She is
originally from Neillsville, Wisconsin. |
