- Taxation: Bob Goldman is licensed in
United States Tax Court and has many years of experience
representing Taxpayers in tax audit and related matters.
- Bankruptcy: Robert D.
Sturtz is the lead firm attorney in Bankruptcy matters and
is certified in ERS bankruptcy filings in the District Court
of Minnesota. We represent primarily Debtors, and we
also provide services to creditors.
- Real Estate: We can take
care of all of your real estate needs from conveyances,
deeds, life estates and closings to Contracts for Deed,
Mechanics' Liens, Quiet Title actions and boundary disputes.
We have a great deal of expertise in agricultural-related
real estate matters to put to work for you.
